Chinese restaurant Tiger - tips, review

Absolutely appalling service from a very unkempt restaurant- had to drive down there as they got my delivery order wrong and then, the owner put the phone down on me when I called to let them know! Then when I got there, the owner refused to give me my full money back considering the inconvenience of giving me a pork dish and I'm a pescetarian!! I had eaten a starter of prawn dumplings tbf, but in the grand scheme, I felt a full refund or some sort of additional sundry or even an APOLOGY would have been nice... instead I got laughed at, told that it didn't matter because she "had my money in her pocket now" and then when I refused to leave, physically ripped my jacket to try and get me out of the store. She then called the police because I refused to leave without getting my money back. Apparently I should have stated when I ordered the KING PRAWN BALLS, that I didn't want any PIG in that... my fault clearly - I just thought that instruction was clear in that I didn't order any pig meat in the first place. I must remember that the next time I order fish and chips for them to leave out the battered sausage, just to be clear like! Sorry, but quite possibly THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! (Except the lovely young lady that delivered the food, she did her job so well she was actually earlier than the ETA) The owner behaved disgracefully and tried to justify her keeping my money by saying she would have to take it out of her drivers wages?! Preposterous!!! To be fair, Just Eat have sorted me out with my money back and I shall make it clear to anyone needing to go to a Chinese in this area, that there are far better places to go! The owner actually did me a favour because I'd not been inside Tiger before this... all I will say is that I will be making a call to Environmental Health tomorrow because to quote her, she's "too busy with too many customers to spend time cleaning the place" - I always thought that was a priority when dealing with food and the public to maintain a hygienic environment ??! Cannot believe I've eaten food delivered from that dutty "restaurant"... the audacity is just laughable. Honest review of my experience... if you personally like and enjoy Tiger, by all means continue to order. But now I've SEEN the restaurant, as well as her disgusting attitude, she won't be getting another hard earned penny from me. Prefer to spend my cash with ANY other restaurant that can at least be bothered to admit their mistake, apologise and at the very least, CLEAN their restaurant! (The 5/6 stars are for that amazing delivery lady btw... perhaps the owner can take some tips from her on how to deal with customers properly - without her you wouldn't even have had one star mate!)
